Student Help Desk Portal


    In case of a student needing support with WASD Technology, please follow these directions.

    Our student help desk portal is located at wasdpa.freshdesk.com.  A help desk is a place for people to file a ticket detailing the issue they are having with their technology.  A ticket is a conversation containing all of the details needed to resolve that issue.


    After a ticket is entered, relevant members of the Technology Team are emailed and we can work on resolving the issue.  We can enter responses to the ticket, which will email the student.  In addition, when we have fixed the problem the ticket will be closed and you will be notified via email.


    If a ticket is ever resolved, but you feel that the issue has not been fixed then simply reply to the email and let us know.  This will automatically reopen the ticket.


First Time Registration


  1. Go to wasdpa.freshdesk.com

  2. Click Sign Up in the upper right hand corner of the screen

  1. Enter the student’s name and school email address

  2. Click “I am not a robot”

    1. If prompted, complete the CAPTCHA challenge

  3. Click Register


Logging In

  1. Go to wasdpa.freshdesk.com

  2. Click Login in the upper right hand corner of the screen

  1. Click the red Google+ button

  2. Select your student email

    1. If not logged in to Google already then enter your student email and password to continue


Enter a Ticket

  1. Click New Support Ticket near the middle of the screen

  1. Your email will autofill in the Requester field

  2. Enter a brief description of your issue in the Subject field

  3. Select your school in the School field

    1. Middle School or High School

  4. Enter all relevant information needed to understand your issue in the Description field

  5. Click the green Submit button
